DIY Heaven Hub App

DIY Heaven Hub, owned by HDK Collective LLC, collects limited information to operate the app, including your name, email, encrypted login credentials, profile information, posts, messages, uploaded photos, device information, and Apple subscription details. We do not receive or store your payment card information.

Your information is used to manage your account, provide community features, messaging, educational content, moderation, support, optional push notifications, and improve the app.

User data is securely stored using Supabase. While we take reasonable security measures, no online system is completely secure.

Administrators and Moderators may review reported content, including messages, when necessary to investigate abuse or enforce our Community Guidelines.

To request account deletion, email info@diyheavenhub.com. Requests are generally processed within 30 days after identity verification.

Depending on your location, you may have privacy rights under applicable laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

DIY Heaven Hub is intended for adults 18 years of age or older.

By using the app, you agree to follow our Community Guidelines, respect other members, and refrain from posting illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content.
